MMMMM FRINGELICIOUS!

Alrighty. I just noticed that the Ottawa Fringe site has linked to this blog, in connection with Percolator Productions's (which I contend is gramatically correct) "The Parrot Monologues".

The show now features Vanessa Broze, Jessica Charbonneau, Amanda Klaman and a Very Special Male Guest Star. The show is written by me (Matthew Domville) and directed by directing-supahstah Sophie Tilgner (writer/director of last year's "Stale Pizza, 2AM and No Conclusion", director of year before's "Indulgence", etc).

I can't give away too much about the story, but it's about pirates. This is a fortunate topic, it seems, because I understand that the theme of this year's Fringe is "X marks the Fringe".

Also, it's a comedy, even shtickier than last year's "How to Save the Day".

The Venue and the Times will be announced here, as well as the Very Special Male Guest Star.

man, i sure do wish i could be in a fringe show. yeah, boy howdy. that'd be mighty sweet. I mean, i applied to be in one as a pirate this year but apparantly i will have to wait until I'm 80! for that show to get started.

Kidding!

I saw maker of dreams today on tape. Man, we were brilliant.

Nice pic! This gansta was brought to you by the letter "a" (lowercase, specifically).
Liked doing "Maker", eh? Well, wait 'till you get to the big musical number in "Parrot"!
Also kidding...
For "The Parrot Monologues", I promise a 300% increase in schtick and a 85% decrease in a capella musical numbers, compared to "The Maker of Dreams".

the best part of the maker of dreams was that CD. you'd better keep me far away from your wedding day, domville, or else the DJ is getting a spoonful of "baby don't wait for the moon".

i am pleased as to the amount of schtick i have seen as of now. I hope with you as our fearless schtick director, we will reach newer, greater heights.

and thanks on the pic comment! i stole the a with my father from a drugstore!

(and i still laugh at how you made lindsay sing.)
