Fringe Along With Me

Hola.
"The Parrot Monologues" has set sail towards hilarity. Amanda, Vanessa, Jessica and Owen are acting their little butts off and Sophie is directing them towards glory and riches (while Jane stage manages them away from any unseasonal icebergs).
Yarr!

"G-Men Defectives" is also coming along quite well. We have a stage manager, Michael Showler (with whom I recently worked on "Criminal Genius") and we have a slot in the upcoming Meet and Greet for Fringe performers on the 29th. Ray Besharah and I are going to be performing a five minute exclusive scene at this event, so check it out if you're involved with the Fringe.

First, a plug:
"Three in the Back, Two in the Head" is happening May 10th-13th at 6:30PM at the Studio Leonard-Beaulne (That's in the lower floor of the Theatre Building, 135 Seraphin Marion, I think).
Admission is Pay What You Can, so we welcome hobos and millionaires alike, or hobos that are secretly millionairs, or millionaires that are secretly hobos. I think the latter group is the least likely.

Second, an announcement:
The script for "The Parrot Monologues" is finished and our director, Sophie, seems pleased with it. Always a good sign. DOUBLE ANNOUNCEMENT! Our Mystery Male Guest Star is...
Owen Spendlove. We're thrilled to have him on the team.

Third, just some Matthew-ness:
I've started working for Parks Canada. I'm doing some historical plays for them (playing Colonel By and some other historical figures). So far, it's pretty fun. John Muggleton is writing/directing the shows, and he's very easy to get along with. We have formed a group of operatives known as The Maple Sugar Gang, but I can't tell you anything beyond that because it's classified.
