Fine Fringe
Alrighty. The Fringe is over and I hereby declare it a success!
"The Parrot Monologues" gathered larger and larger audiences as the Fringe continued (and I feel the comedy increased in quality with each performance). Fine work by the cast and crew! I got to keep the titular parrot, and he's hanging out in my room as we speak.
"G-Men Defectives" worked out very nicely. Ray and I received some tasty reviews, and were had some extremely enthusiastic audiences. The chances of touring next year are increasing.
Also, thanks to everyone who voted for either show for "Best in Venue". Your support is much appreciated.

BECAUSE JUST ONE SHOW IS FOR WUSSIES
Can you smell the Fringe? I thought you could...
"The Parrot Monologues" is tres funny. We had an awesome opening and a equally awesome follow-up today. There's a show tomorrow (Sunday, the 18th of June 2006) at 7PM (which will probably be long over by the time you read this). Parrots, miracles, urchins... all the good stuff.
Afterwards, check out "G-Men Defectives" featuring myself and Ray Besharah (we co-wrote and co-directed it, fo' sho'). The show is very exciting, especially if you want to help hunt down COMMIES! Not Communists, mind you, but COMMIES! Garfield and Marmaduke will explain it to you when you show up. Bring a bag lunch.
Also awesome: "Can't get Started" starring Colin "Budd" Munch and Alex "The Bees" Paxton-Beesley. Don't forget my favourite little Englishman at the Fringe, Stuart Matthews in "Zombies". Cooler than cool Pat "The Goat" Gauthier and Natalie "Joy" Quesnel are also doin' "The Man Who Went to Work One Day and got Eaten by a Bear". If I have to tell you why you should see that one, you obviously didn't properly read the title. As my demi-god Walken teaches: BEAR SUITS ARE FUNNY!
Check out schedules here.
